The role &
Department

Are you a self-driven, detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring a warm and welcoming environment? As a Facility Associate at Genmab, you will play a vital role in our facilities team, providing support for all activities related to facility soft services and administrative tasks. You will work independently as well as within a collaborative facilities team.

Key responsibilities include

  • Independently managing reception services, both internally and externally, ensuring timely and efficient service.

  • Handling tasks such as greeting and registering visitors, answering the phone, meeting room administration, ordering of birthday gifts for employees, courier shipments, administration of access cards, parking etc.

  • Organizing and supporting internal and external meetings, events, celebrations, and larger gatherings.

  • Daily independent management of various facility / administrative services.

  • Taking the initiative to handle additional related services and tasks as they arise.

QC Lab-specific tasks:

  • Coordinating lunch orders with the vendor, ensuring seamless and timely delivery.

  • Cleaning coffee machines and ensuring they are well-maintained.

  • Handling food and beverage purchases for the office and restocking the fridges.

  • Setting up and cleaning up after lunches and other events, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

  • Procurement of office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.

  • Ensuring the office area is always presentable and tidy.

  • Coordinating with the cleaning vendor when needed to maintain a clean and organized office space.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of reception services. Previous receptionist experience is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of general administrative tasks.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both in Danish and English (our corporate language).

  • Proven ability to work independently, taking the lead in a fast-paced work environment.

  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and professional approach to tasks.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to support a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders on your own initiative.

This role is based at our headquarters in Valby and in the QC Laboratory in Ballerup, on a rotation basis, and requires on-site presence.
