Do you want to drive the development and launch of products for wind parks, solar parks, and Power-to-X, enabling our clients to trade energy from their assets? Responsibilities

We are looking for a business developer for our Product Solutions team, which consists of diverse skill sets such as business developers, energy market experts, and software developers. The team is responsible for developing and launching products for our clients, such as forecasting and trading client’s renewable production in the energy trading markets, managing green certificates and market risks, etc. The team is also responsible for the development of the platform to handle the products – product catalog, contract system, CRM, and integrations to the trading platform.

In the role, you are expected to

  • Apply a commercial mindset to the development of products that are valuable to our clients.
  • Facilitate product scoping, analysis, and design in close cooperation with our clients and relevant specialists from our organization.
  • Manage implementation and launch of products in our operational platform.
  • Utilize our business development methodologies and take an active part in further maturing these with a focus on agility, efficiency, and engagement.
  • Build up detailed knowledge about the green energy domain over time, and thereby become a specialist in product solutions for energy clients.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, it is an advantage if you have the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in economics, finance, legal, political science, engineering or similar.
  • Commercial flair and analytical skills.
  • Experience in or flair for facilitating development activities across different functions – e.G., Commercial, IT, Backoffice.
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation, documentation, and visualization
  • Genuine interest in building a detailed understanding of the energy sector and energy trading markets from both a commercial and technical perspective.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Experience from a similar position is a plus.
