The Cable Package Manager is responsible for the offshore installation of high-voltage power cables covering the logistics from production site to installation site, site survey, load-out, installation and commissioning activities.

The position requires you to be self-driven, motivated, team orientated and with sound experience in project procurement and project delivery phases.

Description of the position, key responsibility, and tasks:

• Manage the supply of the array and offshore export cables.
• Oversee the interfaces to the onshore works and the cable T&
  I package.
• Manage the procurement of cable supply.
• Ensure budgets and payment plans are prepared.
• Ensure the team is motivated and prepared.
• Report to the general management on cable supply elements.
• Ensure that contingency plans are being developed as required to ensure the delivery on time or with as little impact to program as possible.
  

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who ideally holds the below qualifications:

• Relevant Engineering degree.
• Experienced track record with cable package management.
• Experienced in supply and installation of offshore HV cables.
• Experienced within marine engineering.
• Project manager profile.
• Proficient in both written and oral English communication.
• Experience within procurement, contract and claim management.
