How you will make an impact
This is your chance to step into an essential role within a global FMCG market leader. Here, you will help Arla be a preferred business partner to our Danish accounts. In this role, you deliver compelling conclusions and recommendations for product range, price, promotion, place and product launches.
You will share your recommendations and analysis with the marketing and sales teams to develop robust customer and category plans and long-term strategies to optimize sales and help us ensure, that Arla’s relevance is clear to customers.
For about half of your time, you will work with Danish accounts in the convenience sector, mainly focusing on our beverage categories with brands as Cocio, Starbucks, Arla Protein and Matilde. The other half of your time, you will work internally with cross-market trends in our monthly Market Update, that is presented to all commercial functions in ADK. You will also be a part of larger strategic projects in close collaboration with your manager.
You can look forward to the following responsibilities:

What will make you successful
We are looking for an independent Commercial Development Manager to proactively challenge how we and our customers think and act. We need you to drive continuous improvement and innovation in ways of working, processes, tools and research, and test and learn activities.
You have an educational background on Master´s level, could be within business or economics, or something else – it is a must though, that you have a natural flair for numbers and data management – yet take a pragmatic approach to data analysis. You bring 3+ years of experience working in or with FMCG´s.
You could have a consulting background or worked with market insights in the area of sales and marketing. Moreover you;
