The Role
Reporting to the Head of Global Communications Strategy &
Planning, you will be part of the Global Corporate Communications team with colleagues based in the USA, Singapore, Germany, and Denmark. Our team is responsible for the WSA Group's integrated communications strategy and planning.

Based in our beautiful global headquarters in Lynge, Denmark, you will lead strategic internal communications, advise senior leaders, and drive key projects to enhance WSA's culture, sustainability messaging, and corporate brand. To achieve this, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and executing strategic internal communications during business transformation projects to ensure our employees are well informed, engaged and recognized for their passion to deliver Wonderful Sound for All
• Serve as a trusted communications advisor to senior leaders in Global Operations and Sustainability, helping them and their teams to achieve ambitious business goals
• Driving engaging sustainability communications across internal and external platforms, working closely with the Sustainability team
• Developing and executing internal campaigns linked to strategic priorities that strengthen WSA's sense of belonging and thoughtful leadership positioning
• Driving key projects with the Corp Comms team, such as continuous improvement of the annual report, awareness raising campaigns, corporate brand guidelines and our communications toolkit
• Contributing to the team's critical and innovative thinking as we continue to raise the bar on how we work and contribute across the company

About you
To be successful in this role, you will need to apply a wide range of corporate communications skills including senior stakeholder management, employee engagement, internal communications, change communications and project management. You therefore might have following:

Experience:

• University degree in communications, business administration or similar
• Experience with Corporate Communications from a global company, consultancy, public relations agency, or management consultancy

Personal Competencies:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging global stakeholders and collaborating across all levels
• Strategic and conceptual skills combined with strong operational- and tactical skills
• Proven project management and organizational expertise, capable of leading and executing complex projects effectively
• Solid understanding of business strategy, with the ability to align initiatives with overall organizational goals
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills with consistent attention to detail
