We have an open position for a Personal Assistant to the Corporate Vice President in Insulin API Manufacturing II, PS API. Insulin API Manufacturing II (M2) is seeking a skilled candidate for the role of Personal Assistant to the Corporate Vice President (CVP). This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals with exceptional service skills and the ability to independently coordinate tasks, activities, and events.
Your main tasks will be:
Work closely with the CVP, the management team, department assistants in M2, and the assistant group across PS API and ensuring alignment of various administrative tasks across the M2 assistant group
Be a member of the management team
Support with a wide range of tasks, including calendar management, coordinating activities, invoicing, hiring processes, planning seminars, day-to-day tasks, and support to the HR Business Partner

Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
- Preferably you have been part of a management- or a project team
- Preferably you have at least 3-5 years of experience from a similar position
- You have experience with MS Office365 and administrative systems and tools
- You have good interpersonal skills, loves to collaborate and is good at stakeholder management
- You are a good communicator - both written and spoken Danish and English
You possess a strong ability to drive administrative processes and organize tasks. Prioritizing your own tasks, working independently, and being forward-thinking are essential skills for this role. You must also have the ability and willingness to adapt quickly to new situations.
As an individual, you are reliable, loyal, and service-oriented. You have a can-do attitude and can effectively plan, prioritize, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. You have a natural talent for establishing positive working relationships across the organization and reaching agreements through flexibility and compromise.
About the department
The Manufacturing II area encompasses over 800 employees located throughout the Kalundborg site. The facilities cover all process steps from fermentation to purification, including support functions such as QC laboratory, maintenance, and business support.
