Data Partnerships Lead

We are looking for someone to lead our Data Partnerships globally.

Our team has been working on a technology since 2020 that aims to make vision testing accessible to everyone with smartphones.

Our work requires a lot of data for training and maintaining our models. We work closely with partners globally, helping us collect training data, and now we are seeking someone who can take ownership of these data collection partners and initiatives.

The role will be responsible for maintaining existing partnerships and establishing new ones.

Responsibilities

• Help us develop ongoing data collection strategies and initiatives
• Ensure the quality of our data and data collection initiatives
• Take care of our partners and make them feel they are a part of the OptikosPrime family
• Ability to understand the validity of incoming data points from partners
• Collaborate effectively with our engineering team to conduct scientific experiments and propose refined data quality procedures based on feedback from partners
• Ensure all partners have the necessary information, provide ongoing support and feedback and keep them updated with relevant developments
• Conduct ongoing outbound activities to identify and build new data collection partnerships globally
• Your responsibility will be to find and reach out to potential partners. We will support (at least initially) with the qualified meetings
• Facilitate ad hoc experiments with data collection to validate different R&
  D-related hypotheses

It would be best to consider this job a technical partner relationship position. You will not sell a product but ensure that more organisations will join our research efforts as data partners.

Who are you?

• Preferable background in technical management or technical sales positions
• Strong technology understanding and ability to convey technology to non-tech / business stakeholders
• Strong project management skills
• Structured, deeply loving to-do lists, and always entirely in control of moving parts
• Street-smart, have a feel for deal-making and can push potential collaborations into agreements
• Able to communicate professionally with people from across the globe
• Entrepreneurial - i.E., not needing a fixed structure to perform and being able to create results based on the “just make it happen” task
