Upgrades

The After Sales / Upgrades and Projects Support department is responsible for ensuring a high-quality customer experience when completing aftersales projects for our customers, supporting service sites in conducting special campaigns and internal project support within department.
The department is part of the Offshore Service organization in the Vestas NCE Region. Here you become part of a committed team of >
colleagues who daily work on delivering Offshore Services to our trusted customers. This includes everything from strategy work, operational improvement, Health &
Safety, technical case handling to delivering the services on the wind turbines offshore.
Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the execution, and closure of the project referring to the Site Manager and Project Manager
  • Maintaining the internal interface between the project and the Service Site &
    external confluence between the project and the marine logistics
  • Coordinating the efficient use of assigned resources
  • Supporting with planning and preparation of projects
  • Day to day management of the offshore operations
  • Delivering toolbox talks and is overall responsibility for Safety and Wellbeing

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with offshore wind and preferrable aftersales activities
  • Electrically or mechanically minded
  • Knowledge of the Stage Gate model
  • Deep knowledge of WTSR (wind turbine safety rules)
  • Knowledge of the Vestas WTG portfolio
  • Good knowledge of MS office
  • Driving license category B
  • Comprehensive HSEQ mindset, promoting safety and quality culture
  • Proactive and an effective problem solver
  • Stay professional and structured during periods with many activities
  • Responsible and result oriented
  • Collaborative individual who embraces inclusivity
  • High leadership skills and customer focused
