Elevating online success through dynamic web merchandising strategies
As the E-Commerce Lead Specialist in Web Merchandising, your role will entail developing and executing impactful web merchandising strategies. These strategies will focus on guiding assortment decisions effectively, enhancing product discoverability, elevating product display standards, and spearheading initiatives aimed at boosting average order value while reducing return rates.

Some of your key tasks are:

• Spearhead the development and implementation of a web merchandising strategy centered on assortment management, webshop display, product bundling, and improving product visibility
• Establish merchandising standards to enhance the product display on the website, ensuring a superior user experience
• Contribute to the development of platform management strategies to facilitate the scalable expansion of our direct-to-consumer webshops
• Lead initiatives to enhance cross-selling efforts and optimize onsite search functionality, driving improved product discoverability and boosting the average order value
• Implement strategies aimed at reducing online return rates, including the optimization of product review implementation and other relevant measures
• Collaborate closely with our SEO agency to implement tactics aimed at increasing organic traffic to the websites

Passion for exceeding customer expectations

You should have a minimum of three years of experience in E-Commerce, with a preference for expertise in web merchandising. Ideally, you would also possess experience with shop management and PIM Systems, with proficiency in Shopify. Being detail-oriented and structured, you should exhibit a passion for understanding customer needs. An analytical mindset and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Power BI are essential. Previous experience in leading projects from the research phase to implementation is advantageous. As a highly self-driven individual, you excel in identifying and solving customer problems. You are results-driven and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in English is required.
