Join NORD advise as Senior Associate

Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to make a difference? Then you might be our new Senior Associate. NORD advise is expanding and we are looking for a talented and motivated colleague to join our team.

The position is based in our Lyngby office, reporting directly to the Executive Advisors.

Your responsibilities will among others be

• Assisting our clients in navigating the complexities of ESG regulations and reporting requirements
• Guiding our clients with the implementation of sustainable frameworks across disciplines
• Conducting research, reviewing, and analysing relevant sustainability regulation, data, and trends
• Collaborating closely with colleagues to deliver actionable recommendations to drive positive outcomes for our clients
• Assisting with tools development for ESG reporting compliance
• Supporting project management and administration, as well as the creation of written content and materials including presentations
• Contributing to a dynamic and innovative team that puts an honor in being at the forefront of sustainable advisory

Companies’ high ambitions, increasing attention from external stakeholders, and rapidly evolving regulatory requirements within the ESG space, means that it has never been more exciting to work with ESG reporting.

Your key competencies and background

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree related to ESG topics, business administration, accounting or auditing
• 1-3 years of Experience working with ESG reporting, alternatively financial reporting, controlling or audit with an interest in utilising this experience within ESG
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and lots of energy and you are comfortable with working in a start-up organisation
• You have a genuine interest in sustainability, particularly in the context of reporting and regulatory compliance
• You have professional proficiency in both oral and written Danish and English
• You have a strong analytical mindset, natural curiosity, and ability to translate insights into outputs
• You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
