Your new role
You will be an important part of our dynamic finance team and have a wide range of tasks both on an operational- and controller level within controlling, process optimization, facilitation of audit processes etc. and you will also play a key role in optimizing and challenge existing processes. You will not have any direct reports, but this could be a possibility in the future.

Your primary tasks

• Being responsible for the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual closing process in cooperation with the rest of the Finance team, tasks mainly related to review of reconciliations and journal entries
• Together with the Director responsible for the Financial statutory reporting, contact to internal and external auditors, planning of the audit process, preparing, and aligning of documentation etc.
• Be a sparring partner and handling ad hoc tasks from the Director of Finance
• Being Superuser in our procurement and scanning system and participating in the ongoing development and test of our ERP-system
• Responsible for controlling of VAT statements, returns &
  reporting
• Beinginvolved in the weekly cash flow estimation including approvals in regards to the weekly payment-runs etc.
• Responsible for optimizing and developing effective finance procedures and processes
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders

Skills &
Knowledge, we hope you possess

• BSc within Finance or Economics (or equivalent)
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and strong ability to interact and build trust across the organization
• Strong accounting skills and knowledge of US GAAP/DK GAAP/IFRS
• Deep knowledge of Excel and strong capability of expressing and visualizing financial information
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the position adding new responsibilities
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is a plus

You will be a part of a Finance Department consisting of approximately 20 people. You will be part of the local team in Denmark and be reporting directly to the Director in Finance.
