We are seeking a dynamic and driven Finance Transformation Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping our Finance operations. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and innovating our customer revenue and partner invoicing processes. Your contributions will be key in ensuring our financial processes are both efficient and accurate, directly impacting our marketplace's potential for further growth. The Group Finance function is composed of 22 employees across Business Finance and Accounting in both Denmark and Poland. You will be a part of our newly established Finance Transformation Team in Business Finance, reporting directly to the Finance Transformation Lead based in Copenhagen. As Miinto currently undergoes a significant business model transformation, the Finance Transformation Team will be a crucial player. The team will drive design and implementation of key initiatives in collaboration with the entire organisation, including Product/Tech, Commercial, and Operations teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the evolution and success of Miinto.

What you'll do

    • End-to-End Finance Process Management:
      Drive and execute finance operations, focusing on customer revenue and partner invoicing processes. This involves not just defining but also actively managing and running these processes to ensure optimal performance.
    • Operational Execution and Collaboration:
      Play a hands-on role in the day-to-day execution of finance tasks while collaborating with other departments to improve overall financial operations and partner experiences.
    • Active Participation in Market Expansion:
      Directly contribute to projects that support Miinto’s expansion into new markets, thereby influencing the company’s growth and operational scalability.
    • Implement and Utilize Financial Technologies:
      Take an active role in selecting, implementing, and utilizing new financial technologies to streamline processes and increase overall efficiency.
    • Financial Analysis and Reporting:
      Assist in the regular financial analysis and reporting process, providing insights and data to support strategic decisions.
    • Audit and Compliance:
      Support in ensuring financial operations comply with audit standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Continuous Improvement of Finance Operations:
      Assess and refine finance operations, including invoicing models and billing systems, to ensure continuous improvement and adaptation to the evolving business needs.

What we're looking for

    • Educational Background:
      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related analytical role, with a preference for experience in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
    • Analytical Acumen:
      Strong analytical skills, with an emphasis on data analysis and problem-solving.
    • Tech Savvy:
      High proficiency in Excel required;
      knowledge of VBA and PowerBI, is highly beneficial.
    • Adaptive and Pragmatic:
      Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain high performance, particularly during critical financial periods.
    • Collaborative Skills:
      Strong team player, yet able to operate independently when required.
    • Detail-Oriented:
      A meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy and precision in your tasks.
