Full-Stack Engineer - Social Media Activation

Core Responsibilities

• Drive the technical design, development, and optimization of social media activation products, including leading integration efforts to ensure seamless functionality and data flow between systems, and driving initiatives to bring critical components of the social media ecosystem in-house.
• Contribute to the social media product backlog, prioritizing tasks, and fostering an environment for continuous learning, innovation, and challenging the status quo.
• Participate in collaborative sessions to analyze complex business processes, identify opportunities for innovation, and drive value-creating solutions.

As an Engineer on our Social Media Activation team, you will play a crucial role in the newly established Marketing Product function. Your technical expertise will be vital in developing a wide range of digital products across marketing planning, activation, and evaluation. Your work will be critical in enabling our marketing efforts and laying the foundation for the future!

You will collaborate closely with the rest of the marketing organization to create products, experiences, and tools that engage new and existing users, fueling their love for the LEGO brand.

Do you have what it takes?

• Broad experience with social media tools and platforms, including social listening, publishing, andattribution/evaluation.
• Experience in microservices architecture, domain-driven design, and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of one of the major Cloud providers (e.G., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical collaborators.
