About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Dynamics 365 Finance (F&
O) Consultant who wants to help our customers get the best out of their solution and expand the solution to fit our customers’ needs. In our support team, you will help deliver first class application support on Dynamics 365 FO, and you will work in a dynamic environment, supporting our customers to get the most out of their Dynamics platform and foster a strong, growth focused relationship with them.
What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Manage a vast portfolio of clients and establish a healthy partnership with them focusing on mutual trust and growth.
  • Review business processes, methods and training needs of the clients and suggest remedial measures to the clients.
  • Ensure optimum functioning of the client’s software by pre-emptive analysis and immediate remedial action.
  • Obtain constant feedback on software performance and difficulties faced by the client to ensure constant and smooth functioning of the business.
  • Improve existing solutions and carry out in-depth Root Cause Analysis to ascertain the underlying cause behind the issues faced by the client.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the customers’ business to be able to proficiently deliver tailored solutions fitting their processes.
  • Collaborate with the technical team and peers to address complex client requests.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders whenever required.
  • Provide support, training and assist customers with various D-365 (F&
    O) requirements.

You might be a great fit if you have:
(requirements)

  • Fluent in Danish
  • 5+ years of D365 (FO) consultancy experience working extensively with on-shore and off-shore resources to deliver client solutions.
  • Possess knowledge of Dynamic 365 ecosystem of applications, especially D365 Finance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience collaborating on Incident, Problem, and Change/Release Management.
  • Have great communications and inter-personal skills.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to manage large accounts.
  • Possess exceptional relationship-building skills and have proven track-record in incident management role.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and investigate complex problems.
  • Experience with working on many different tasks in parallel with the ability to keep a high level of quality in work and a positive mindset.
  • Experience of working independently and taking responsibility for the customers and issues raised.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment with colleagues from around the world.
  • By nature, a curious person that likes to work in a fast-paced environment and with the possibility to build new skills and apply them in everyday work which benefits you, and the team around you.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones primarily within Europe.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
