As a Brand Specialist reporting directly to the Brand Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in setting the direction and drive the global strategy of our Pandora collections. With a consumer centric mindset and a strong commercial understanding, you will work to translate learnings, insights and data into clear actionable plans, campaign briefs and 360° go-to-market execution.

The key areas of responsibility will be:

  • To help identify growth opportunities within new &
    existing collections, based on short term commercial wins and medium-term brand building opportunities.
  • To contribute with ideating, developing, and executing collection strategy, based on consumer insights and business analytics.
  • Contribute to implementing brand campaigns, working closely with cross functional teams to ensure best in class execution and stewardship.
  • Monitor business performance and take corrective actions to drive short-term revenue and long-term brand growth.
  • Manage cross-functional projects, collaborating with retail, legal, merchandising, and other internal stakeholders.

We are seeking a strong talent to drive success with a diverse skill set
We are looking for a candidate with a diverse skill set and a passion for driving success. If you possess the following qualifications and competencies, we want to hear from you:

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics
  • You have 1- 3 years of strategic marketing experience, managing a brand, product, or category. Experience from global or local environments within fashion, retail or FMCG industries is an advantage.
  • Analytical skills and data driven approach:
    you have the ability to work with large sets of data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • You have a strong passion for understanding consumers and experience in turning consumer insights into business growth opportunities.
  • Stakeholder management:
    You have the ability to manage senior stakeholders and to build relationships and effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • You have excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Google Analytics is a plus.
  • You are fluent in written and verbal English, other languages are a bonus.
