The position
As our new Global Project Manager for technology roll-out, you will be responsible for two main work packages:
you will lead the product activation phase of the QR code roll-out with the local production sites and will also ensure project management and coordination of the QR code project with the many internal projects which aim at increasing the production capacity.

Furthermore, you will be part of our newly established Future Proofing Aseptic Production team within our Novo Nordisk Injectable Finished Products organisation and report to the responsible Program Director.

In this key role, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving our program execution process as well as ad hoc projects within the QR code program
  • Setting standards for successful activation roll-out
  • Ensuring a systematic structured and risk based approach
  • Developing and executing our global program communication strategy

In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance your program management skills within an innovative environment. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team where work packages are highly interdependent. Close collaboration within the program and with local production sites is crucial for achieving success.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A MSc Degree in economics, business administration, engineering, or similar
  • Proven track record as a Project Manager in a GMP or highly regulated industry, preferably with understanding of an aseptic production
  • Passion for creating structure and clarity to enable proper decision making
  • Teamwork approach and can quickly build strong working relationships
  • Professional proficiency in English, other languages like French, Portuguese or Chinese are considered a plus

On a personal level, you have a curious mind and a drive to set and reach ambitious targets on new ground. As you have a structured approach to your work, you can handle several tasks while prioritising your efforts optimally by keeping the bigger picture in mind. Moreover, you excel in communicating with various stakeholders across all organisational levels.

About the department
Our VP area IFP Technology Innovation is responsible for technology development that will ensure that our brand new IFP aseptic production sites and our existing sites use the latest technologies and processes. We play an essential role for the future of Novo Nordisk, and we are expected to be the front runners for development of new technologies, but also to set ambitious goals and deliver the needed solutions for the future aseptic production.
Within our Future Proofing AP department, we ensure equipment of existing facilities is compliant and efficient based on our technology platform development, our life-cycle management strategy, and execution gameplan and in close collaboration with our aseptic production sites in China, France, Denmark, Brazil, and the United States.
