GRC is looking for a Senior Process Transformation Manager to be a part of the Governance and Policy Management function in GRC. As Senior Process Transformation Manager you will lead the development, oversight, and implementation of process improvements initiatives. You will be responsible for improvement initiatives with a defined scope of work, executed within a defined timeframe and managing governing information that ensures that GRC adheres to regulatory requirements, manages risk effectively and maintains robust risk and control processes. Furthermore, you will be accountable for deploying an operating model that ensures efficiency, consistency, scalability and maintain a best-in-class standard that enables a robust operating model.

In the role of Senior Process Transformation Manager, you will work closely with various functions within GRC, and also the broader organization as legal, finance, and operations etc. to promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance, ensuring the GRC’s operations are aligned with its strategic objectives.

Opportunity

As a Senior Transformation Manager in Finance at Maersk, you will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives within the Governance, Risk and Control (GRC) function. You will play a key role in driving a culture of risk awareness and compliance, ensuring that internal control frameworks are effective and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement governance frameworks, policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Map processes in alignment with enterprise process framework
• Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments Monitor adoption of standards and policies
• Provide advice to management on governance, risk, and control matters
• Train teams on change management principles
• Report and escalate issues as needed
