GROUP HR BUSINESS PARTNER WITH GERMAN &
ENGLISH
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Be a partner in providing guidance, mentoring and support on the full range of HR activities (including labor law, policies, procedures, terms and conditions of employment, performance management, coaching, career development);
- Participate inthe implementation of specific projects, development policy, procedures and guidelines to deliver strategic goals.
- Provides support and coordination for global HR initiatives and drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
- Promote the positive culture and leadership based on empowerment and BORG values;
- Participate in the implementation of specific projects, development policy, procedures and guidelines to deliver strategic goals.
- Support managers and coordinate actions to enhance engagement and job satisfaction;
- Take care aboutcompany cross communication;
- Prepare &
execute HR budget; - Report, monitorand improve HR KPIs (f.Ex. absenteeism, retention, overtime, turnover etc.)
- Cooperation with trade unions/work council and external institutions (State offices, Temporary Employment Agencies e.T.C.);
- Build a strong employer brand on local market;
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferred 3 years of HR experience on the similar position in a multicultural environment;
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field;
- Professional experience working with German culture will be an asset;
- Open for business trips or short term relocation;
- Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, recruitment, training &
development, employee relations and its application; - Experience in change management and transforming organizational culture;
- Good command ofGerman and English is essential;
- Ability to influence others and build strong relations;
- Strong leadership competencies such as:
social IQ, people development, ability to implement and business understanding; - Strong specialist competences such as:
verbal and written communication skills;
ability to work both independently and in a team;
change management, target orientation, initiative and continuous improvement;
