Join us in this role where you’ll be leading our global internal communication to around 9,000 employees across the organisation. As the Head of Internal Communications, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and transforming our communication efforts to support effective leader-borne communication, professional communication partnering, and engagement and empowerment of our people.

You’llbe part of Global Internal Communications where you, together with your colleagues, will lead a team of approx. 20 experienced communications professionals, be a part of the People &
Culture leadership team, and report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. As a team, we are passionate about what we do, we focus on outcomes, and we prioritise strong collaboration within and outside the team.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • leading the Global Internal Communications department and the broader global community of internal communication professionals
  • shaping our communication agenda, transforming our communication to be increasingly leader-borne to ensure contextual and change supporting communication
  • providing strategic communications counsel to leaders and colleagues, building trust and credibility across the organisation, and helping to grow our stakeholders' communications skills
  • leading by example as a strong writer and comfortable in using all available communications tools, both digitally and offline
  • setting the example of visible stakeholder management to establish a strong professional profile in the organisation.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are a senior and experienced leader who has successfully led internal communications teams within large, global organisations
  • are experienced leading diverse teams and backgrounds working with transformation processes and cultural change
  • are able to plan ahead, delivering to tight deadlines, and have the ability to prioritise and organise projects and assignments
  • have mastered different change communication approaches, helping employees adapt seamlessly as change doesn't scare you— it motivates you
  • demonstrate global perspectives and in-depth business understanding
  • support a positive organisational change with innovative communication methods which inform and help people adapt to new ways of working.
