We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT, responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT infrastructure, systems, operations, and cybersecurity measures.

We have since 2003 served a wide range of different customers within hydrogen technologies by producing cutting edge hydrogen fueling stations.
About the job
You will be responsible for all areas within IT such as establishing, continuous development and implementation of our IT Strategy, ensure and maintain our IT Infrastructure as well as ensuring and enforcing a high level of Security and Compliance. Your focus will also be on Budgeting and Cost management, and you will be leading a team of 8 highly skilled IT-employees.
On top, you will be managing projects and creating a governance structure as well as creating and presenting proposals and scenarios for the management.
Key responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
(Cyber) Security and Compliance:
Establish and enforce security measures and protocols to protect company data and systems from cybersecurity threats. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
Incident Response:
Establish and lead an incident response team to promptly respond to and mitigate cybersecurity incidents, including breaches, intrusions, and data leaks. Develop and maintain incident response plans and protocols.
Budgeting and Cost Management:
Develop and manage the IT department budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs while meeting business needs.
Professional experience:
- To succeed in the role, you have handled numerous different areas within IT, and you have showed the ability to lead and motivate a team of employees. You have been part of an organization with a broad value chain, and you have collaborated with people from different cultures and organizational levels.
You have a solid understanding and practical experience with risk management, compliance, creating a governance structure, incident response processes and project management. You hold a strong technical expertise including infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud services. If you have expertise or knowledge within NIST, ISO 27001 or CCPA - it would be an advantage for you to succeed in the role.

You have a positive “can do” mindset and are able to lead and support your team to success by fostering collaboration, motivation, and teamwork. You excel in communication with the ability to convey both technical and non-technical effectively to multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
