We are seeking a Head of Marketing to shape our growth strategy, solidify our brand, and define our communications. You will build a team from scratch, work across business units and markets, setting directions, and driving significant growth in leads and revenue.

Your mission and responsibilities
Your mission will be to build a high-performance marketing team from scratch to drive significant revenue growth, build a strong brand, and generate high-quality leads.
Here is what we expect of the tasks at hand:

  • Define, own, and deliver on the marketing strategy through hands-on execution.
  • Build brand position and product awareness across our two business units.
  • Establish effective lead management across buyer journeys and sales cycles.
  • Ensure predictable growth in collaboration with our sales teams and external specialists.
  • Build a high-performing marketing team specializing in full-funnel product and performance marketing (incl. capabilities such as website- and UX design, content production, advertising, CRM, and campaign- and performance reporting).
  • Establish an efficient marketing operation model and an evidence-based culture that can help us learn and mature.


What we need from you

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns targeting professional customers of all sizes.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and CRM systems.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to create long-term plans, set priorities, and achieve objectives.
  • Creative and innovative in translating ideas into effective marketing initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating others.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both orally and written, with fluency in English as a minimum.
