Head Of Site - Klintholm Havn

we are looking for an experienced Head of Site for EnBw Offshore Service Denmark at the Port of KlintholmDo you have extensive experience from offshore wind, strong people management skills, great communicative abilities and commercial insight? Then you might be the perfect candidate for leading and managing our onshore back-office service team at the Port of Klintholm on the island of Møn in Denmark.
In collaboration with the service team in Denmark &
Germany, you will contribute to the most efficient planning and execution of service activities in the Baltic 2 wind farm, consisting of 80 Siemens SWT 3.6 turbines.
responsibilitiesYou will be responsible for a competent team of currently six employees and all day-to-day operations of the service station in Klintholm, which are fundamental to the operational planning and execution of the offshore service activities. This includes, but is not limited to the following activities;
warehouse, coordinationwith CTV´s, suppliers, authorities, contractors and hotel accommodation for technicians and other colleagues.
You will be responsible for a good and safe working environment and improved safety awareness. Furthermore, you will be the first point of contact toward the customer, suppliers and authorities.

L responsible for the service delivery, KPIs including complex logistics
- Implementing and updating effective processes and procedures for the ways of working
- Ensuring fulfillment of all contractual and commercial commitments
- Prioritizing all ongoing activities at the service center
- Managing employees as well as their enhanced performance to customer and stakeholders
- Ensuring efficient planning and execution of all tasks
- Supporting the local staff during high peak load and other ad hoc tasks that occur in a service company
skills and qualifications - A mechanical, electrical or likely relevant technical background
- Experience from the offshore wind industry
- A proven track record of departmental establishment and growth
- A strong team player with a safety-first mindset, who can stay focused in a hectic environment
- A structured worker, strong people manager and great communicator
- Good contractual understanding
- Service- and solution-oriented
The role demands great written and verbal skills in Danish as well as English. It is preferred that the candidate is able to communicate in German at a basic level.
To be successful in this role, the candidate is expected to optimize processes for all key areas within the site operations. Furthermore it is key to have focus on people management as well as commercial insight and safety.
