The Position:


In this position, you will be a part of our new Senior Vice President area for major capacity expansions projects. As a key player, you will serve as a trusted advisor and partner on all matters relating to Health and Safety (HS) requirements and standards, providing invaluable support to our Senior Vice President and local HS partners involved in these expansion initiatives.


You can look forward to:



  1. Coordinating in alignment with the Novo Nordisk Way, our value-based management system, ISO, and Novo Nordisk HS strategy, ensuring seamless implementation of rules and requirements, encompassing legal mandates, strategies, and best practices.
  2. Actively driving processes aimed at enhancing the performance of our departments in line with the aforementioned standards.
  3. Driving and supporting the HS organization throughout major capacity expansion projects.
  4. Managing stakeholders and fostering strong relationships across the board.
  5. Acting as an HS Change Supporter as needed, ensuring that essential HS requirements are met and involving relevant HS areas.

Qualifications:


To qualify for this role, you should have:



  1. An academic degree within HS or other relevant filed, combined with continued supplementary training in relevant areas.
  2. Knowledge and professional experience in applying HS concepts and understanding of the HS processes, as well as ability to drive and support complex processes proactively.
  3. Solid analytical skills and practical experience in analysing complex business issues.
  4. Excellent understanding of ISO.
  5. Fluency in English in speaking and writing.
