ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a part-time (20-25 hours a week) Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team in Aarhus. As a key member of the People &
Culture department, theHuman Resources Administrator plays a vital role in shaping the organizational landscape through efficient HR system management and streamlined processes.

Leveraging your extensive expertise, you will oversee the administration of HRIS platforms, ensuring impeccable data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborating closely with HR business partners and compensation specialists, you'll contribute to the development and execution of annual HR processes, such as salary reviews and performance appraisals, by configuring system workflows and templates within the HRIS. Moreover, your proactive approach to problem-solving will be instrumental in resolving discrepancies promptly and maintaining data accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation and administration of annual HR processes, such as salary reviews and performance appraisals, by configuring system workflows and templates.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and compensation specialists to gather relevant data and insights for salary conversations and bonus allocations.
  • Ensure accuracy of data entries and resolve discrepancies promptly in collaboration with HR business partners and Legal Consultant.
  • Stay informed about changes in organizational structure, job roles, and employee status to ensure HRIS data reflects current and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues, implement system upgrades, and integrate new HR technologies.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify discrepancies, resolve data integrity issues, and ensure data security.
  • Support the implementation and configuration of new HR modules, features, and functionalities to meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to HR team members and end-users on system-related inquiries and requests.
  • Generate custom reports and dashboards to analyze HR metrics, trends, and insights for decision-making purposes.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in HR technology and system administration to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE
We imagine that you:

  • Have a University degree in a relevant field such as HR, Business Administration, or related.
  • Have more than 5 years of experience in HRIS administration or similar role.
  • Possess proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.G., Hibob, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud) and related modules.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Are adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Show sensitivity to cultural differences and diverse workforce needs.
  • Are knowledgeable about data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Swedish administrative tasks, rules and regulations
  • Expertise in reporting tools (e.G., Tableau, Power BI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with system configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and workflows.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
