Junior Business Analyst

We are looking for a talented and independent part-time Junior Business Analyst to join us in supporting financial planning and analysis, strategic projects, daily operation, and ad hoc tasks within Group Finance. Your role will enable you to apply your analytical skills and develop a deep understanding of our business model.

The Group Finance function consists of 22 employees across functional areas covering Accounting, Business Finance, Business Intelligence, Legal, and Strategy in both Denmark and Poland. You will be part of our Business Finance &
Strategy team, reporting directly to the Director of Business, BI &
Strategy based in Copenhagen.

What you’ll do

• Analyse financial, performance and operational data
• Support with management, business case and performance reporting and presentations
• Support the Director with decision-material and collaboration with other departments
• Be available and ready to support on ad hoc tasks and projects ranging from change management to planning team events

What we’re looking for

• Experience with financial or data modelling and strong Excel skills
• Can-do attitude and willingness to deliver high-quality output
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• You are studying Business, Economics, Finance, or Mathematics
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
• A proactive learner with an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Experience with business intelligence software like Power BI is advantageous
• Previous experience in business analysis, strategy, or a related field is advantageous
