Are you a passionate and experienced sales professional and ready to steer MBB Channels towards new horizon and growth? Are you able to put iconic brands such as Starbucks, Cocio, Arla Protein and Matilde in the spotlight and shape the future of our on-premise and on-the-go channels, then this open position might be for you?

Arla Foods is has categorized our beverage business as a “big bet” and therefore we are ramping up our game. We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to join our MBB Channels team. This role offers a high visibility cross Arla Denmark and the opportunity to make a significant impact within an industry-leading organization.

How You Will Make an Impact

As the new Key Account Manager for MBB Channels it will be your overall responsibility to develop our MBB business segment. The cornerstone in your role would be to expand our presence across channels, execution of our category strategies (MBB), driving sales and fostering relationships that lead to sustained success and growth.

Furthermore your tasks include:

  • Execute category strategies to boost our MBB Channels, ensuring the achievement of our ambitious growth objectives.
  • P&
    L responsible for your designated area
  • Responsible for budget and planning
  • Build strategic partnerships with key accounts and stakeholders, leveraging these relationships to expand our brands and increase market share.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Logistics, Supply Planning, and Finance, to bring our product offerings to market efficiently and to adjust pricing strategies in line with market dynamics.
  • Act as spearhead our expansion in on-premises and on-the-go channels, ensuring our brands resonate with consumers and lead the market.

We aim for this role to be placed in Aarhus, but for the right candidate we will be flexible for hyprid or remote ways of working.

What Will Make You Successful

We imagine that your come from a similar position within FMCG industry preferred with a background in beverages and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field. You have 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing from roles as Key Account Manager, Commercial Manager or Category Manager.

Equally, if you don’t have experience with beverage industry, it is important that you have a passion to become an internal Milk Based Beverage expert, who can ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and business knowledge. To succeed in this position it is important that you have experienced in building strategic partnerships with key accounts and stakeholders, leveraging these relationships to expand our brands and increase market share. There your ability to develop these connections will be vital to our and your success.

You thrive in a role where you have operational tasks and need to translate strategies into action. You work independently and flourish in a matrix structure, and approach every opportunity with a positive and proactive mindset. Also, you show creativeness and drive innovative promotions across different channels
