Join us in this role where you’ll represent our operations in front of our windfarm owners, ensure value creation from the OMAs, and keep safety as the business priority. You’ll work closely with Operations Management, Asset Management, Technical experts and beyond to ensure we deliver a commercially successful and excellent service.

Welcome to Region Europe Operations
You’ll be part of OMA Business Management Europe where you, together with your colleagues, will work closely together to take up the challenges and responsibilities of OMA Business Management. You'll be joining a team of 12 located in Copenhagen, Hamburg, London, and at operational sites. Together, we’re managing OMAs across a growing portfolio of over 20 offshore windfarms, and 8.5 GW of power co-owned with our investment partners. As a team, we have varied backgrounds in the wind industry, O&
G, engineering, and project management. We support each other and leverage our specific expertise to meet the demands and challenges of the role.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • collaborating and integrating across our organisation to maximise the value created from the offshore wind farms
  • representing Operations in front of the windfarm owners, incl. at board meetings
  • ensuring OMA obligations and deliverables are completed and keeping owners updated on commercial and technical matters
  • gaining approval for works and preparing the annual OMA budget for the owners.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a passion to understand the commercial, technical, and operational aspects of an offshore wind farm
  • have a background in managing long term contracts and relationships, incl. direct engagement with senior decision makers and external customers
  • have prior experience from operations, project or commercial management in offshore wind or industries such as renewables, oil &
    gas, engineering, powergeneration or transmission, technology, etc.
  • have effective communication techniques and analytical skills, welcome challenges, and are perseverant, collaborative, and commercially minded.
