Group CPX Finance are the committed finance business partners to the Global CPX (Customer Project Execution) operations. We are an internationally diverse team, that together is focused on Performance Management, Business Finance, Business Controlling and Finance Business Partnering. You will report to the Senior Director, Head of CPX Finance

Responsibilities

• Business partner to the Global Sales &
  Global CPX with a special focus in project performance analysis and benchmarking and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) analysis for the CPX area, acting as a business partner for the organization
• Responsible for Root cause analysis of project pre-post performances and benchmarking for Onshore and Offshore business
• Responsible for CPX Quality reporting. Driving standardization, efficiency, and the process improvement for Quality reporting (NCR and LDs)
• Ad hoc analysis on project performances and benchmarking for Onshore and Offshore business
• Close collaboration with stakeholders across various Vestas functions and on global and regional level and ensuring alignment of financial data used for Pre-Post analysis and COPQ KPI
• Ad hoc projects, focusing on digitalization or finance process optimization. You will be given sufficient autonomy and expected to deliver the associated change management &
  implementation
• Participate in closing activities, budgeting or strategy/target setting processes where needed and drive alignment

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background combined with minimum 7- years’ experience with focus on finance business performance and project controlling
• A Master’s or diploma degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related subject
• Large international company experience and (Renewable) energy experience is an asset
• Proven finance experience in project controlling, cost analysis and business performance management
• Advanced user of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
• SAP, SAP BI and SAC experience
• Solid communication skills with fluency in English required
• You have capability to influence the business while keeping Finance compliance commitments
• You have solid analytical and problem-solving skills and can navigate in a complex environment successfully
• You are curious and willing to drive changes and optimize processes
• You have great communication skills at all levels in the organization
• You are result-oriented, open-minded, and eager to learn
• You have good stakeholder management skills and thrive working with high pace environment
• You have great interpersonal skills with natural curiosity and interest for people
