We are looking for a Lead Solution Architect within Microsoft Dynamics 365. The projects are conducted at both national and global levels where our clients are primarily active in the Manufacturing, Production &
Logistic Industry.
You will join one of our central offices in Malmö, Gothenburg, and Stockholm, we offer hybrid work culture.
What will you do in the role?
Your role is closely related to the business processes. You will drive the dialogue about the customer's digital transformation and the need for Dynamics 365 F&
O. Communication is a key component in this role, and your dialogue with all stakeholders is important to ensure the best possible solution is implemented.
Collaboration is a key factor for success. In Columbus you never work alone;
you work in teams with dedicated Functional Solution Architects (FSAs), Project Managers, and Developers. Together, we implement great ERP solutions! We also believe that shared knowledge is the best knowledge, which is why you will also be part of a network with global colleagues.
We believe that you are:
- Experienced within Dynamics 365 F&
O/AX2012 for about 5 years
- Experienced in solution architecture (processes, applications, and integrations)
- A genuine interest in leading and coaching people
- Fluent in Swedish, and an advantage if you are fluent in English
We are looking for someone, who is already a Solution Architect or Senior Business Consultant, ready for the next step in your career. If you have previously worked with ERP solutions in manufacturing companies, we will be extra happy!
An additional advantage is, if you have strong knowledge in Dynamics 365 F&
O, business processes, and areas such as Secure Compliance, Risk Management, and Change Management. We are looking for someone with great communication skills towards process owners, end-users, and management.
