Job Purpose:

The Lead to Agreement (LtA) team is transforming the way our customers experience our commercial processes. LtA are ensuring that the comprehensive global and product portfolio needs of our business are reflected in commercial process requirements to our platform teams, enabling us to design and launch world class user experiences and customer journeys that make the Global Integrator strategy a reality.

By anchoring our business transformation in the clarity of process needs, the process domains are responsible for delivering connected and mature processes at Maersk. The Functional Product Organization is a community of Maersk process experts across domains, each who own their piece of a connected process landscape. Together, multiple Functional Product Owners will own the end to end process landscape at Maersk and ensuring standardization, automation, embedded control measures and operational measurements.

The Lead to Agreement (LTA) Project Manager will work closely with the Senior Leadership team to drive Global Transformation of Commercial processes across Maersk. Through Co-ordination and Holistic Oversight, this role enables impactful results of the broad portfolio of Lead to Agreement (LTA) deliverables.

By facilitating the planning and structure for the execution of the of the LTA team priorities, the LTA Program Manager ensures that we maximise the team impact. The role will be crucial in ensuring that the LTA Projects achieve measurable outcomes within the constraints of time, resources and scope.

Job Description:

  • Develops and Manages the LTA Projects plan to ensure progress according to the committed milestones.
  • Facilitates Team resource planning
  • Is the facilitator of the team Sprint event, guiding the team in their prioritisation and enabling the forum to cascade progress and metrics,
  • Supports the initiator owner and LTA leaders with Clear projects Charters
  • Manages the collation of the LTA team Audit and risk mitigation action to ensure continuous progress.

Person Specification:

  • Project Management certified or Project management experience
  • Agile methodology.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to build partnerships and collaborate with Teams.
  • Strong communication skills and active listening skills.
  • Communication effectiveness
