Manager, Financial Controlling
Join Danish Crown's Financial Controlling team at our Randers headquarters and make a real impact in a great international company.
As part of our Finance Transformation process, you'll have an important role in shaping the future, moving from a transactional to a forward-looking approach.
We are seeking a motivated Manager, Financial Controlling with a solid financial accounting background to join our team of six colleagues. In this role, you will contribute to month-end close, financial controlling, and various projects aimed at enhancing transparency and compliance.
Which specific tasks should be solved
- Manage the Financial Controlling Team
- Contribute to the planning and execution of an effective month-end-close process
- Drive standardization and optimization projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects
- Perform weekly/monthly reconciliations and controlling tasks
- Contribute to the preparation of the weekly accounts
- Participate in service review meetings with Shared Service Center
- Prepare reconciliations and documentation for auditors
Who is the right match for the job
First of all, we imagine that the right candidate is a team player and can set the direction for the financial controlling team. It is clearly a valuable asset if you have experience of working in matrix organizations and know the importance of good stakeholder management. Furthermore, extensive SAP knowledge and experience from a production company is definitely an advantage.
In addition, we imagine that you have an educational background in Cand.Merc.Aud., Cand.Merc. Management Accounting and Control, HD(R), or similar.
You are fluent in English (oral and written) and have high analytical and communication skills
