Master Planner

Are you an experienced planner with a good understanding of supply chain processes? Would you like to be part of a dedicated team, contributing with your knowledge and experience in running production planning and implementing a SIOP process? Then you might be our new Master Planner at Silhorko-Eurowater A/S

Your role

As Master Planner, at one of Europe’s leading water treatment manufacturing companies, you will have a key role in securing the daily operations run efficiently. You will be responsible for running our daily production planning processes, both in the short and long term, working closely with relevant stakeholders to secure ongoing alignment according to production needs and capacity. This also includes involvement in planning of materials according to needs.

Besides the planning tasks, you will get to play a crucial role in our implementation of SIOP process. You will be contributing to our continuous change, working on improvement of the supply chain set-up in the factory, and will support and participate in operational supply chain tasks and projects.

Your daily work will be at the headquarters in Stilling near Skanderborg, where we have gathered the primary production facilities, purchasing, warehouse, shipping etc. You will be working closely with our PTA department, referring to the PTA Manager.

Responsibilities

• Production planning on both short and long terms
  
• Conducting material planning aligned with production requirements.
  
• Actively participating in the implementation of an SIOP process.
  
• Organizing and overseeing planning meetings.
  

Who are you?

You have experience with production planning, preferably from a make-to-order company. You might have a background as a Logistics Engineer or similar education within the supply chain area. More importantly, you have proficient IT skills (especially in Excel). Experience using SAP (preferably S4/HANA Fiorri) is an advantage.

You have strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data and make proper decisions. You will be working with many different stakeholders, and therefore, we also find it important that you are good at communicating and collaborating to ensure effective communication across the organization and have a natural ability to influence and drive change. As part of an international company, fluency both in English and Danish is necessary.
