About the Role:

NNIT is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect to join our dynamic offices in Søborg and Aarhus. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our growing company, where Power Apps and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement are strategic offerings. You will work with diverse customers across various industries, ensuring they maximize the potential of their Power Apps and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. Your contributions will be integral to enhancing NNIT's Power Platform offering portfolio.

team, part of the Microsoft Advisory &
Technology area, is dedicated to developing, operating, and transforming customer applications based on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform. We are passionate about the Microsoft Power Platform, diving into Power Automate, Model Driven Apps, Canvas apps, and more, to drive business transformation.

We take pride in staying updated with the latest Microsoft solutions, combining a strong technical foundation with a consulting mindset and commercial drive. Our goal is to become trusted advisors to our clients, working with some of Denmark's largest and most interesting customers. You will join a global team of over 1700 colleagues.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Solution Architect, you will:

• 
  
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for diverse customers, focusing on long-term sustainability and quality.
  
• Engage with stakeholders and influence key decision-makers, ensuring high-quality, pragmatic solutions aligned with customer needs.
  
• Provide assessments, estimates, and recommendations for implementations, new functionalities, and defect fixes.
  
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise specifications that guide implementation projects.
  
• Communicate effectively at various levels, adapting your approach to different audiences.
  

Your Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

• 
  
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, with at least 5+ years of experience in Power Platform and Dynamics.
  
• Expertise in several areas, including Architecture Design, Release &
  Deployment, Microsoft Upgrades, Integrations, and overall Azure Cloud understanding.
  
• A consulting mindset with a strong drive for results and the ability to develop the right solutions.
  
• Experience in professional customer interactions, respecting their requirements and supporting international clients.
  
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, engaging in knowledge sharing and team development.
  
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
