Working with us.

For our Global Industrial Engineering department, we are looking for a MS Project Coordinator to join our team in Aalborg in Denmark, Hull in England, or Vagos in Portugal.

How to contribute to our vision:

The MS Project Coordinator will have responsibility for overall project progress and product development in MS departments. He/she/they will work together with engineers and line managers to coordinate resource planning and create an efficient task and deliverables plan. It will be their responsibility to ensure that tasks are handled and delivered on time.

In short, the MS Project Coordinator will:

  • Coordinate the resources planning from MS projects
  • Implement standards and tools for the deliverables and report to projects
  • Support line manager to create task and deliverables plan
  • Escalate the risk for deliverables readiness, as second eye of line managers
  • Facilitate internal MS project overview
  • Ensure clear communication between different departments and stakeholders
  • Write project reports
  • Ensure that all tasks are finished on time

What you need to make a difference:

Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:

A candidate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering and at least 2 years of relevant work experience as project coordinator or manager. Experience in the wind industry and familiarity with tools like MS Projects is a big advantage.

As a person, we are looking for a motivating team player, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills. You interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment.

It is important that you are detail-oriented, responsible, and calm. You must be able to multitask and prioritize. Strong problem-solving skills are necessary.

It is also a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. Danish, Spanish, or Portuguese is considered a plus.
