About the Job:

Our Regulatory and Risk Enterprise Foundation team is looking for a Non-Financial Ri sk Associate with outsourcing responsibilities. In this role you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the outsourcing and vendors activities within the organisation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Further you will also be responsible for assessing and mitigating risks associated with outsourcing and vendors arrangements and implementing effective ri sk arrangements and str ategies.

As our new Non-Financial Risk Associate, you will engage directly with peers in the business units across the global organisation. Our team acts as a partner to the business and engages with all functional areas to support the practical implementation of the outsourcing and vendors compliance program.

R esponsibilities :

• Implement policies and procedures related to outsourcing and vendors activities ;
  

• Monitor and evaluate the due diligence process associated with vendors and outsourcing arrangements through their life cycle ;
  

• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with outsourcing and vendors management ;
  

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business units to ensure effective compliance with regulatory requirements ;
  

• Takeownership of the outsourcing and vendors register and ensure compliance with the relevant legislation ;
  

• Support the Head of Regulation and Risk in Enterprise Foundation in the delivery of Outsourcing and Vendors program activities across the year.

The position requires experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Non-Financial Risk Management;
  

• Business Process Management;
  

• Change Risk Management;
  

• Riskand Control Assessments;
  

• Facilitating/implementing risk and control frameworks and testing of controls;
  

• Riskevent management incl. root cause/impact investigation and mitigation strategies.

Your profile:

As a person you are positive, open-minded, and you have great people skills and can understand and explain complex situations. You can build valuable business networks, which require good communication and stakeholder management skills – connecting people with different functional and cultural backgrounds.

You take pride in delivering high quality work, sometimes acting as a trouble-shooter, and always strive to create win-win solutions. You are flexible and curious to learn new concepts and adapt to new ways of working. In Saxo it is important to be able to adapt to changing circumstances and quickly switch focus between different responsibilities as needed.

Further you:

• Bring at least 2 years of relevant risk management experience obtained within a first, second or third line, preferably in the financial sector;
  

• Havean a cademic background i n Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Audit or similar ;
  

• Preferably, hav e previously worked as a Risk Manager, Business Risk Consultant, Internal Auditor or similar and h ave k nowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices related to outsourcing and vendors management ;
  

• Havedocumented track record of leading and delivering independently projects from start to finish;
  

• Are proficient in Englis h, both verbal and written ;
  

• Haveexcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
