Then you might be just the one we are looking for to strengthen our team as the Nordic Online Brand Manager in the Consumer Products Division in Copenhagen.

As Online Brand Manager in L'Oréal, you own the online experience provided to our consumers across several E-commerce platforms (E-retailer, Pure Players, and owned platforms). Responsible for Garnier (skincare, hair care, hair coloration and men expert),you will secure the best-in-class brand expression. Your responsibility is to define the online long term strategy, to provide and secure availability of high-quality brand content on our launches, campaigns, and hero product activations. To optimize and strengthen our online expression and activation, you are the voice of the brand from an online marketing perspective, and you deliver all activities according to the brand’s identity. You embody our marketing strategies and drive a fruitful internal collaboration with your internal stakeholders to build relevant online trade plans for the entire year. You are self-driven, take ownership of your tasks, engaging all stakeholders in marketing, sales, digital and international teams, as well as creative agencies. The role reports directly to the Brand Business Leader.

You will…

Drive the Online Results of the brand (70%)

  • Define the online brand long term strategy &
    yearly activation plan,monitor and react along the year to achieve brand targets
  • Build differentiated and shopper-centric online launches, hero strategy and virtual bundles – according to brand activation plans.
  • Ensure A+ content for ecommerce and websites on hero's, big bet launches and campaigns with the support of marketing coordinator.
  • Build hero specific e-commerce marketing plan with the rest of the team
  • Own the media linking implementation following the partner selection strategy set by the division.
  • Facilitate social selling with Social Brand Manager to support big bets.
  • Bring innovative ideas to accelerate our online business through a close collaboration with the online tribe across brands, divisions, and Zone.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and report online brand performance for internal meetings.

Own platforms and Search (20%)

  • Update brand sites with all new launches twice a year, incl. landing pages for big bets
  • Be the brand voice for the digital team on new launches and focus categories for both paid and organic search
  • Manage digital services (e.G. Virtual Try On) and initiatives such as Product Impact Labelling
  • Track performance, manage and report on commerce connector

GDPR &
User Rights (10%)

  • Ensure compliance and work close with digital team on GDPR
  • Be the point of contact for zone on expiration of UR for digital assets

You are…

  • You have +5 years of experience from a marketing, digital or ecommerce role.
  • You have a strategic approach to marketing, and you understand commercial perspectives and complexity.
  • You are result driven and always consider ROI of your activities.
  • You have a deep knowledge of digital marketing, e-retail business and online platforms.
  • You are proactive and passionate about your job and drive your projects from start to finish
  • You work independently, ensure continuous alignment with the needed stakeholders
  • You have a hands-on approach and a drive that enables you to get things done
  • You are fluent in English. Fluency in one of the Nordic languages is seen as an advantage
