Join us to create significant partnerships supporting the transformation of the digital landscape at Carlsberg Group. As the Partner Relationship Manager, you will be central in ensuring our technology partners deliver the commercial goals for further digitizing of Carlsberg’s route to market. If you’re motivated by digital innovation, creating great partnerships, and business impact, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing

Your main task will be managing the relationships with our strategic technology partners, ensuring successful delivery of our projects. We want to create good partnerships to accelerate our impact leveraging the latest technologies. You will be working closely with our technology and commercial teams. Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:

• Implement Vendor Management strategies and build strong relationships
• Ensure that vendors follow strategic roadmaps and delivers value and good quality
• Management of Carlsberg’s global IT agreements, including setting up and running governance activities
• Cost control and cost management
• Dispute handling and resolution
• Life cycle management of contracts, incl. extensions, renegotiations, handling change requests and keeping agreements current with market conditions

What we’re looking for

We are looking for an experienced sourcing professional with a minimum 1-2 years working experiencein a similar role either with a large enterprise or as an advisor.

• Ability to engage with stakeholders as well as vendors in a collaborative manner – but still able to take and lead the tough conversations/disputes
• Experience in contract management, preferably in IT industry
• High natural drive, commitment, and personal ownership
• Ability to focus on both details and big picture
• Results oriented and committed to quality
• Organising skills, incl. ability to organise and prioritise between multiple tasks
• Innovation and change attitude
• Comprehensive communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment with individual responsibilities
• Fluency in speaking, reading and writing English
