As a People Analytics Specialist, you will get a unique opportunity to work with Falck’s Global People and Culture Insights team, and you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that promote ESG goals particularly within our own workforce, utilizing HR and employee data to drive sustainable practices.

Delivering and reporting on our sustainability targets and getting ready for Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requires us to work strategically with sustainability and data. Falck’s assessment has identified our own workforce as a material topic for CSRD reporting.

Joining our Global People and Culture Insights team, your major responsibilities will be:

• Collect and define new data streams within various HR topics such as working conditions, work-life balance, and other relevant areas across our business.
• Collect and analyze HR data to identify actionable insights and trends related to sustainability topics relevant to our employees, to support continuous improvement and our ESG objectives.
• Establish and maintain metrics to track and report on progress within targets and actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sustainability, HR, Finance, and business stakeholders, to develop and implement strategies that drive sustainable practices.
• Generate reports and visualizations that effectively communicate ESG performance on social topics to internal and external stakeholders.
• Staying up to date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to ESG, ensuring compliance and driving innovation in ESG initiatives.

About you We are looking for a candidate who has a relevant background within, but not limited to data analysis, sustainability, communications, and law.

To excel in this role, it would be beneficial if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in people analytics, HR data analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong interest in ESG frameworks, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret HR and employee data. Power BI experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically, using data-driven approaches to address challenges and drive decision-making
• A proactive and self-driven approach, with a passion for driving positive change and making a meaningful impact in ESG initiatives.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build relationships with diverse stakeholders. · Ability to maintain high level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands.

Education and Experience:
· Master’s degree in a relevant field such as HR, Analytics, Data Science, or Sustainability
