Your Key Responsibilities
Success in this role means mastering both daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, from acting swiftly on urgent documentation requests to establishing durable digital workflows.

You’ll get a broad range of practical tasks across People Operations – first and foremost, you’ll become a superuser in our new HR system, Hibob, and potentially other systems within People &
Culture.

  • Employee Records/Data Management
    Prepare employment contracts, addendums and termination agreements
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance records, and development conversations
  • Onboarding Assistance
    Support new hires during orientation and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources for a smooth start
  • Compliance, Internal Policy and Procedures
    Assist with compliance checks and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements (e.G. GDPR, EU Time Registration Directive)
    Ensure that HR policies and procedures are followed by all employees, including compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Reporting
    Compile People-related data and generate reports for People &
    Culture or senior leadership as needed.
  • Administrative Support
    Assist with payroll processing, including data entry, timesheet verification, and resolving payroll-related discrepancies.
  • Employee Relations Support
    Answering employee inquiries, e.G. about holiday rules, parental leave, long-term illness, etc.

Experience
This is an entry-level position, so we do not expect you to have extensive experience in the above-mentioned areas. What is more important is your attitude and your drive to learn and get stuff done.

We imagine that you are just about to complete your studies in business/office administration, HR or a related field. Or perhaps you are experienced in another field and would like to pivot into the world of People Operations.

It is important that you are able to handle confidential data and information, treating it with respect and in accordance with GDPR.
