We are on the lookout for a talented Process Manager to join GlobalConnect's innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring compliance with NIS2 regulations, consolidating, developing, and maintaining processes that are integral to information security. As a key member of our organization, you will contribute significantly to strategic cyber security initiatives, internal service deliveries, and project deliverables. Your commitment to excellence and your ability to navigate the intricate landscape of cybersecurity will be key assets in driving our organization towards continued success.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Lead the effort to consolidate, develop, and maintain processes, ensuring NIS2 compliance
• Strategically contribute to cyber security initiatives and projects
• Develop and uphold security measures for internal service deliveries
• Provide expert advice on security architecture and compliance
• Manage and drive process governance within the service assurance field
• Effectively communicate and justify security requirements to the business
• Contribute to project deliverables, including procurement and requirement specifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, cyber security, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in telecom processes and information security.
• Good working knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-53, NIS2, and relevant laws and regulations.
