About the job

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you’ll daily interact with a wide range of stakeholders ranging from candidates and business partners to colleagues in an international environment. Your ultimate goal is to make Hays the preferred recruitment partner in the market and match the recruitment needs of our business partners i.E., customers with the most talented candidates.

Working in an international office as a Recruitment Consultant with Hays, you’ll be given an active role where you’ll work closely with the rest of the team.You’ll become part of an outstanding and dedicated team working within the Commercial &
Corporate Finance area.Here you’ll have the opportunity to directly impact the team’s growth by delivering best-in-class recruitment processes and maintain a consistent sales funnel.

What you'll need to succeed with us

As Recruitment Consultant, you’ll experience a great variety in your duties, spanning business development to managing the end-to-end recruitment process while delivering second to none client and candidate experiences. To succeed in this role, it is paramount that you’re comfortable communicating with people at all organisational levels and thrive taking on responsibility. That aside, the desire for continuous learning, being change ready and willingness to share views and ideas are very important to us.

In addition, we expect that you have:

• 2-3 years of experience from a recruitment consultant role
• proven business development / sales track record
• and proven stakeholder management skills
• relevant educational background
• communication skills in both Danish and English
