W e are looking for a n experienced Regions Lead to join our Technology Platform Management T eam. Given that most of our projects are international, you will be in close contact with colleagues from various parts of the world where we execute projects.

How to contribute to our vision

In your role Regions Lead you will be r eporting to Head of Platform being part of the Platform Management Team and you will be responsible for :

• interfacing with regions
• attending regional reviews on behalf of Head of Platform and contributing into actions definition
• establishing a coordinating list of actions and integrating into platform management reviews and ensuring right attention and progress by teams under platform
• working closely with Product Integrity Department under platform to ensure progress in field issues impacting region
• carrying instructions from platform to regional engineering teams ensuring increase of higher fleet performance in the region
• assisting in customer relations of platform

What you need to make a difference

Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:

A motivating team player, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills. You interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment.

• You hol d an e ngineering or business management academic degree
• You have Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering management, Proven experience in dealing C level discussions
• You have vast experience in use of Microsoft project, Microsoft O ffice
• Expected travel is approx. 60 days a year

It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
