In this role, you have the opportunity to

Work with Nordic customers and mainly with our Nordic hospitals As a remote engineer for DXR and IGT systemsand be part of our strong Remote Service team. Opportunities are available to work from another location.

The business is part of the Philips Customer Care Center and is responsible for technical support in the Nordic region.

You are responsible for

  • Perform troubleshooting and action assessment
  • Take steps to resolve issues that have arisen
  • Recommend the Customer Care Center and local service organization the next step to solve the customer's problems and what spare parts are required
  • Technical support to the local service organizations
  • Follow-up and monitoring of service assignments
  • Perform security updates
  • Establish and develop a good collaboration with our customers and internally at Philips
  • Ensure that you are up to date on new technologies that may affect Philips products within your own modality.
  • Some part of the service involves work at the customer site

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • We believe you have a technical education at university level or similar, Masters / Bachelor's degree, in medical technology or IT
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience from working as an engineer in medical technology or equivalent environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of remote technical support
  • Good experience and knowledge of DXR is an advantage
  • Fluent Danish and English - a must
  • Another Nordic language is an advantage
