Then you might be just the one we are looking for to strengthen our L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division (LDB) as the Revenue Growth Manager in Copenhagen.

We are currently looking for a new Revenue Growth Manager to strengthen our teams and drive the RGM deployment and embedment in the Nordics to fuel profitable value growth for our business.

You will…

  • Train and upskill marketing, commercial, finance and business development teams on the RGM levers (Brand Pricing, Price-Pack Architecture, Mix Management, Promotion Management, Trade Terms Management).
  • Set cross-functional RGM objectives and KPI:
    S and ensure that RGM is embedded in strategy with clear roles and accountability, which supports day-to-day decision-making in order to grow the business profitably.
  • Conduct RGM analyses based on internal &
    external, financial andother relevant data in collaboration with the multifunctional team for all RGM levers
  • Set guardrails, guidelines and action plans in alignment with the multi-functional teams and the LDB GM on:
    • pricing strategy and related pack price architecture
    • improving the Category, Product, Channel &
      Customer mix
    • optimizing all Promotional schemes and ROI per brand, account, pack type
    • trading terms management and retail selling story
  • Drive the implementation of the identified RGM initiatives to realize incremental turnover and Gross Profit for LDB.
  • Implement standardized reporting to constantly track and follow-up on all RGM related business KPI’s. Escalate regularly internally if any initiative is off track.
  • Influence all RGM related business decisions by providing superior understanding of retailer dynamics, value drivers and consumer/shopper insights.
  • Effectively communicate RGM insights and initiatives to the organization, counterparts and senior management.
  • Contribute to RGM capabilities building in the zone- and international RGM community (e.G. share best practices).

Your profile...

  • Master commerce and finance fundamentals with min. 5 years of experience in business
  • Good understanding of RGM levers, methodologies and processes.
  • Ability to build selling propositions and implement action plans, prioritize and identify RGM opportunities.
  • Ability to drive change management &
    influence various stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of pushing analyses to actionable recommendations.
  • Strong analytical understanding and data savvy.
  • Good understanding of L’Oréal and retailer business stakes.
  • Independent and responsible approach.
  • Ability to network and communicate with different stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of working with PowerBI is beneficial.
  • Advanced knowledge of English language.
