About the job
The S&
OP Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the entire Sales and Operations Planning (S&
OP) process, ensuring seamless alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans to achieve organizational goals.

As our S&
OP Manager, you will on a daily basis be taking care of your direct team, ensuring your team's performance and process compliance. During the month, you will oversee the monthly SIOP cycle phases, crunch the demand and performance data, host critical SIOP meetings, and prepare and present results for the stakeholders from the senior management team.

S&
OP Process Leadership Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of S&
  OP processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Foster effective communication and coordination among S&
  OP stakeholders to drivealignment and informed decision-making.
• Identify and address gaps in the S&
  OP process, developing and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the S&
  OP process and identify areas for further improvement.
• Create a standardized framework for S&
  OP execution, ensuring consistent application and knowledge transfer.

Demand Planning Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced forecasting methodologies and data analysis to generate reliable demand forecasts for all products.
• Continuously monitor market trends, customer demand patterns, and external factors to inform forecasting decisions.
• Identify areas for improvement in demand forecasting methodologies, optimizing resource allocation and accuracy.
• Engage closely with sales and marketing teams to gather market intelligence and incorporate customer insights into forecasting models.
• Clearly and concisely communicate demand forecasts and insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making across the organization.

Team Management and Performance Optimization:

• Provide direct guidance and mentorship to S&
  OP team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
• Regularly coach and train S&
  OP team members to elevate their expertise and capabilities.
• Set measurable performance expectations and goals for team members, providing regular feedback and evaluations.
• Acknowledge and celebrate team accomplishments to motivate and inspire high-performance standards.
• Streamline team processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity within the S&
  OP team.

As our SIOP Manager, your qualifications, skills, and experience should ideally include:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience as a Manager of Sales and Operations Planning
• Experience with APICS CPIM, CSCP, IBF Forecasting Certificates is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel, data, and analytics skills with a focus on synthesis and consolidation
