Process Support

As we are expanding heavily and constantly improving our ways of working, we are looking for an additional SAP Master Data Specialist to join our Process Support team. The Process Support team consists of 9 committed and skilled employees. It is, among other things, our responsibility that our production processes and equipment are always in a validated state and are thus ready to produce on. A large part of this is running smaller projects and CR-cases to ensure that necessary improvements and optimizations in production are implemented. Process instructions and process controls are in SAP and it is our responsibility to maintain and improve these.

Your role

You will be coordinating SAP production master data activities throughout the organization in order to achieve safe and predictable product implementation, maintenance, and decommissioning.

• Take part in implementing a new version of SAP (S/4 HANA),
• Create/change material master and production master data incl. master recipe, BOM and Process Instruction-sheets via ECO and change requests
• Responsible for driving improvement projects in SAP for internal production
• Participate in project work across the organization incl. supporting development of new products.
• Support changes in production processes with SAP related tasks

About you

You are service minded by nature and a true team player. You thrive in a smaller/medium sized company with short decision-making processes and with cross-functional work. Ideally also:

• You possess knowledge of SAP / master data.
• You are used to working in a GMP-environment.
• You have experience from production in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• You’re profound in Microsoft Office.
• You work in an analytical and structured way.
• You’re fluent in both Danish and English – spoken and written.
