Responsibilities:

  • Develop sustainable and people-first compensation guidance and plans (incentive, annual raise, bonus) that match our work and culture

  • Drive and own the salary review processes

  • Assess and build the organisation’s pay structure and create a setup that works in a fast-growing scale-up where we need flexibility and pace

  • Compare benefits and compensation plans, role descriptions, and salaries through data and cost analyses

  • Develop the compensation package based on business goals and strategy and ensure that compensation practices follow labour law and regulations

  • Partner with vendors, oversee the big picture and maintain coherence across our benefits programs on a global scale. Additionally, innovate by proposing solutions that meet the future generation of employees

  • Conduct salary and labour market research to define benchmarks

  • Secure data is accurate in real time and updated in our people system Bob

We truly believe that the following are essential for your success:

  • Candidate degree and with relevant solid experience (10+ years)

  • Experience working in scale-up and a global setting with many different countries

  • Eager to be the first mover within the Comp. &
    Ben. field - curious togo new ways of thinking about compensation, salary evaluation, role focus, benchmark, etc.

  • Demonstrate from experience that you have created, executed, and followed up on different compensation/pay structures/salary review processes

  • Hands-on experience with people systems and quantitative and qualitative research - understand that accuracy and details are everything in reporting

  • Strong grasp of AI concepts and a demonstrated enthusiasm for utilizing AI technologies to optimize compensation and benefits strategies

  • Excel in building a solid business case and have a good understanding of how to present and get your point across

  • Understand the power of collaboration, sharing, and empowering others

  • Strategic as well as tactic thinking - create new ways of working and make it happen

  • Have a growth mindset where you find solutions and keep being curious about what is happening

  • Bring energy and humour to the team

  • Accountable by understanding the priorities and working at a pace while keeping your promises

  • You are aware of how your role is essential in stakeholder management
