Job Description

Here is a phenomenal opportunity to bring your technical insights and leadership skills into play to transform our Automation and Digitalization on the Shopfloor ambition in Operations!

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the Automation and Digitalization on the Shopfloor program, a transformation of our manufacturing process to deliver efficiency and create an exciting place to work.

  • Revamp program governance – cadence to deliver the agenda, agreeing on targets, set and adhere to standard productivity definitions and act as an un-blocker to ensure we are always on track.

  • Focus on accelerating digitalization across manufacturing technologies (Moulding, Packing, Processing) and responsible for progress follow up per technology.

  • Identify and build new capabilities e.G., simulation

  • Drive the development of 2025 technology innovation pipeline including scouting of new” technologies in collaboration with R&
    D departments.

  • Provide strong interpersonal skills and people leadership and inspire peers to adopt new solutions.

  • As a core member of Engineering &
    Workplace Leadership Team contribute to its organizational leadership and strategic development.

Digitalization Center of Excellence (A&
D CoE) is a new department within Engineering &
Workplace, which has its focus to support the innovation &
growth in manufacturingsites and R&
D departments.

As the Head of this department, you will collaborate widely across the organization (R&
D Moulding, R&
DProcessing, R&
D Packing, MD&
I, Operational Technology, Manufacturing sites, Digital and Product organizations) to support the innovation implementation and execution.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven track record as a credible leader and able to build trust, collaborate and maintain relationships at all levels.

  • Experience working on large scale transformations with significant change leadership elements.

  • Proven track record in successfully driving the A&
    D or I4.0 journey in a multinational company, with specific focus on digitalization.

  • Strong leadership &
    management experience in leading global teams, also in nonhierarchical setting.

  • Innovation approach, challenging status quo and continuously looking for and pragmatically delivering upon opportunities to improve results for the LEGO Group.

  • Strong background in strategic and operational development of organizations to meet business requirements.

  • Ability to navigate in a matrixed organization, get motivated by complex challenges and facilitate strong mitigation plans and solutions.

  • Strong partner management and communication skills across all levels and across different geographies.

  • Willing to travel globally for short business trips.
