Senior Full-Stack Developer

The Job

As our new Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will help lead efforts to take our Rental Portal and TenantCRM to the next level. You will be directly involved with defining and building the products that support our customers in the rental process. You will also guide our technical efforts to scale on all parameters.

We expect to expand the product development team further in the near future, leaving plenty of room for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build great products in React/NextJS, Tailwind, and Kotlin/Java

• Continually optimize our technical setup and architecture

• Provide sparring and guidance to the team, especially concerning frontend architectures and best practices

• Help set the team up for growth

• Contribute ideas to improving the products

Required Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of React/NextJS

• Architectural prowess

• Great understanding of software engineering in general and the ability/desire to take on different roles as needed

• Experience with one or more backend technologies

• High degree of ownership and self-management

• Pragmatic mindset. You know when to move fast and when to move with utmost care

• Kindness and genuine interest in the success of others and the team as a whole

• A desire to continually grow as a person and a professional

• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

• 5+ years of experience in software development

• Experience with Kotlin/Java or related backend technologies

• Experience with Kubernetes

• Experience working in a startup environment
