This department is crucial in our supply chain, ensuring timely deliveries to our customers while interacting across various organizational levels to uphold our end-to-end responsibility from suppliers to customers.
You will lead a dedicated Planning &
Logistics team of 6 highly skilled colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

As our new Senior Logistics Manager, your overall responsibility will be the development and execution of our Burner Components Logistics strategy, with a strong emphasis on sustainability.
You will work within a smaller business unit of Danfoss, which will allow you to take on broad end-to-end responsibilities and operate across operational, tactical, and strategic activities.
You will be responsible for developing the team and driving continuous improvement activities that add value to the business.
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Reviewing and improving processes in the planning area, including material planning and production planning.
  • Managing logistics agreements and system integration with suppliers.
  • Performance Review (Delivery Service, Inventory etc.)


To succeed, you will have to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, sales, product management, and others.

To be considered for this position, you must have a M.Sc. degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field and some years of experience in the area, in a company that operates globally.
The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

  • Proficient knowledge of SAP and SAP BW systems.
  • The ability to drive end-to-end tactical inventory management and reduce complexity in the supply chain.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

You take initiative and are persistence in reaching our goals with your effective time management skills to oversee multiple processes simultaneously while prioritizing business needs.
